A big thanks to the team at Autospark Osborne Park. We are on a farm south of Busselton but were in Perth recently when the accessories battery in my 200 Series Land Cruiser failed. My car was showing some signs of its age. I was having some trouble starting it, it got there but took a while. I asked a mate who to see and he recommended Autospark in Greenwood. After a quick check, because I was afraid to stop the engine thinking it wouldn’t start again, they managed to fit me in. It turned out my alternator wasn’t working properly and charging the battery properly. Luckily, they had a replacement in stock, swapped it out and fitted a new battery too. Now, it starts every time and still runs really well. At least I am not worried about it not starting any more. Great work, thanks to all the guys there.

The air con in my ute was acting up and had an odd smell, plus it didn’t feel very cool. Immediately I think there is a major problem and imagine the huge dollars flying out of my wallet. Just want to give the thumbs up for Autospark in Myaree. They are mobile mechanics and based on Myaree. I broke down twice yesterday and had to call RAC. They said I needed a new alternator after testing everything . But Auto spark tested it and it’s fine. I now have a new battery with no problems. Battery was cheaper through them than with RAC. I would have bought one from RAC but they were so sure it was an alternator. This has happened before where I’ve been told by RAC it was the alternator and it wasn’t. I’ve never had to replace it in the 10 years I’ve had a car. Nightly recommend Autospark. Chap that came to the house was very professional and friendly. Good to have honest auto electricians near us.

Because of the impending rain I dropped into Auto Spark in Myaree on a recommendation to see if they could help me out in an emergency in case it started to bucket down. They took time out to have a look at the power window cluster and changed out the correct fuse. They changed out the power window fuse and and had then working within a few minutes. My previous dealings with pretty much anything car service related inevitably leave me feeling patronised and ripped off. My experience with Autospark was quite the opposite, and my car is driving 100 times better now. You took the time to explain what was going on, and my options. My dad was with me when I dropped my car off, and he also offered to speak to my dad to go over things as I am pretty clueless when it comes to cars. I really appreciated the effort he went to. My car also needed parts replaced which I was advised were far cheaper if I was willing to wait overnight for them to come from the eastern states. Again, I was very impressed by this. I have gone to many mechanics during the rebuild of my car. A friend suggested I call on Autsoapark Malaga to assist with the electrical aspects. I own a Landcruiser GXL 2001 model which three separate companies did not have the correct diagnostic equipment to communicate with my vehicle. It seemed to be the fan module so i handed it over and got busy making arrangements for transport during the week. Instead of taking the week my car was ready in two days, at exactly the price quoted to me and the exact time. During my time at the store i was always greeted and approached by staff who were all keen to ensure i had been taken care of and was never left waiting. The process was effortless on my part. My Honda Accord seemed to be having some issues that were obviously a fault somewhere. The car was running very rough. Autospark Myaree ran some tests on our EFI system and found the fault quite quickly. Later that day, all was fixed. Thank you for the quick attention.

Just wanted to say a thank you to your Canning Vale branch. My BMW had a faulty alternator and I was given a large replacement price from a nearby mechanic. I thought to bring it to you guys for a second opinion. Very glad I did. Your team tracked it down to the pulley clutch being worn out and managed to repair my alternator without even removing it from the car. I was travelling around the outback of WA and having a lot of problems with my fridge in the back of the 4WD. I was near Kalgoorlie and called Autospark. I was very surprised when the man on the phone said "I'm coming down that way tomorrow I will call in and see you." The next day he called into the caravan park where we were staying, spent two hours and fixed the problem. I could continue my travels around Australia.
